Follow-Up Proposal: Request for Additional Developer Resources to Ensure Network Resilience and Infrastructure Stability

DeFiChain Labs is submitting this follow-up proposal to request funding for additional developer resources to ensure the continued stability, security, and resilience of the DeFiChain network.

These resources will address critical technical issues such as Ocean network downtime, cloud infrastructure problems, transitioning Apple App Store and Google Play Store to the Community or hosting the Apps ourselves until year-end, Block Scout maintenance, key management, setting governance-variables and cloud migration.

We propose engaging e.g. Peter Bushnell, a highly experienced former technical contributor to DeFiChain, to provide dedicated support for these tasks. His in-depth understanding of the ecosystem makes him uniquely qualified to handle these challenges efficiently.

The requested funding is **1.85 million DFI** for a one-year engagement. Should additional developer resources be required, they can be sourced through platforms like Fiverr or Upwork or to Community Developers.
