New Wiki Website: General questions about domain etc.

Dear core-developer, contributor or foundation member.

## Introduction
*I already tried to contact @ngyingzhong and @kynkong91 on Telegram, but didn't receive any answer. I'm not sure, if they see messages there or not.*

The past months, I've spent a lot of time and energy creating a completely revamped Wiki website for the DeFiChain community.

**Please refrain from sharing the URL to the general community, since the domain will change anyway.**

There are 4 topics I want to discuss. I hope, I am at the right spot to discuss these ideas. If not, please point me into the right direction.

## 1. Domain
Now that the project nears completion, I was thinking about how to put the Wiki out into the world.

### Option 1 (My proposed solution)
Bringing the new wiki closer to the official website and integrate it under the same domain. This could be something like:

- `wiki.defichain.com`
- `defichain.com/wiki`

> ✅ This solution would greatly improve the credibility of the source, because the domain is widely known.
> ✅ The Domain is not controlled by a single entity, but controlled by the non-profit Foundation.

### Option 2
Creating a completely new domain, which is then registered under my name.

> ❌ The domain would not be spread across the internet already.
> ❌ I would be the owner of the domain and if I abandon the project and keep the domain forever, all existing links would end at 404.

### Option 3
Using the domain of the current [wiki-project](https://defichain-wiki.com), which was initially funded by a CFP: `defichain-wiki.com`.

> ❌ The owner of the domain was not interested to use this domain for the new wiki, so this solution is out of the window.

## 2. Privacy Policy
Since every website needs a privacy policy, I for now just link to the official [Privacy Policy page](https://defichain.com/privacy-policy) on defichain.com.

## 3. Copyright
At the bottom of the page, the text "Copyright © 2022 DeFiChain" is displayed.

## 4. Source Code
The whole source code of the wiki is currently on my GitHub account. Because everyone can fork and download the code, it is already decentralized. But I thought maybe it would be better, if the code was under the [DeFiChain GitHub organization](https://github.com/DeFiCh).
