Unable to start blockchain with Version 4.0.6

#### Actual behavior:
After downloading the current snapshot the wallet stops with the message
Unable to start blockchain

This one works

but it's already 45%
The synchronization takes forever and I always get the message that I should continue with the current snapshot. When I do this, the message always comes up after applying the snapshot
