Requesting a roadmap for the Desktop Wallet

#### Which feature is your request related to?
Generally I want to know how the future of the Desktop Wallet looks like? Is there a roadmap?

For me it looks pretty abandoned and it has to be kept alive because of no other usable options.

#### Is your request related to a problem? Please describe.
Various issues since 4.X:
- The latest 4.0.7 version for Windows seems to be broken for many users (see Telegram for reports) - downgrading to 4.0.6 seems to help
- The Mac version with DMC support was delayed
- The DEX depends on the Ocean API -> Ocean down, DEX down
- Make snapshot downloads optional after upgrades if they are not necessary to save hours of time and bandwidth

#### Describe the solution you'd like:
- Allow to switch the Ocean endpoint to a custom endpoint, similar like it's possible within the light wallet (all other endpoints as well if this makes sense or is necessary)
- Show a roadmap to understand the future of the Desktop Wallet across various platforms

#### Describe alternatives you've considered:
I saw there is an Electron based version but the last update was in Dec 2022. Once again: provide a roadmap to clarify things.
