Description
It would be nice to have something similar to segment for ecommerce events mapping to unify the tracking in existing plugins.
I'm currently looking into a solution for our team and will post my updates and findings here and eventually contribute something towards this feature.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing plugins and the linked Segment Spec, then compare the GA4, Universal Analytics, and Meta Pixel ecommerce documentation. Define the event mapping and provider coverage before implementation; done would mean a documented, consistent ecommerce tracking approach across the existing plugins.
