Description
POLAR uses Vue 2 at the moment.
As Vue 2 is EOL, we will migrate to Vue 3.
With this migration, we will do the following architectural changes:
- Replace Vue 2 with Vue 3
- Replace Vuetify with KERN UX (@kern-ux/native)
- Merge the packages
@polar/core,@polar/lib-Xand@polar/plugin-Xto@polar/polar - Move the customer-specific clients to separate repositories (no monorepo anymore)

Research direction
Start by reviewing the current Vue 2, Vuetify, and package structure for @polar/core, @polar/lib-X, and @polar/plugin-X. The work is done when POLAR uses Vue 3 and KERN UX, the packages are merged into @polar/polar, and customer-specific clients are separated into repositories.
