Description
Plan issue D0.1, phase 0 of the community-base unification plan.
Spec: docs/plan/phase-0.md, section D0.1, in DataTalksClub/community-base. Status is tracked in docs/plan/STATUS.md there, which stays the source of truth.
Depends on: D0.1d. Do not start until every one of them is done in STATUS.md.
Process
This repository's AGENTS.md and _docs/PROCESS.md govern this work, with _docs/specs/ as the product authority. The plan says what to build and how to verify it; the site process says how work is done here.
Spec
Repository: DataTalksClub/website. Depends on: D0.1d.
Goal: close the settings adoption milestone after its separately reviewed parts below are deployed.
This parent owns no implementation; do not mark it done when only bootstrap is installed.
Verification
- D0.1a through D0.1d are done with linked review and development evidence.
- Development settings UI/API parity, counts and retained audit history are verified.
Done when
- the child tasks and deployed settings parity checks pass
Docs
_docs/architecture/app-boundaries.md,_docs/specs/06-studio-and-admin-api.md.

Research direction
Read docs/plan/phase-0.md section D0.1 and docs/plan/STATUS.md first, then review AGENTS.md, _docs/PROCESS.md, and the listed architecture and API specs. Do not start until D0.1d and the other child tasks are done; completion requires linked review and deployment evidence plus verified settings UI/API parity, counts, and retained audit history.
