rebuild triggers multiple draw events

Description
When loading a search with complex criteria (it seems that it only happens when you have nested conditions) through the rebuild method, I've observed that multiple draw events are triggered. The issue can be replicated on the following example: https://live.datatables.net/vazuwuza/3/
