SearchHighlight plugin does not work when table content contains urls

Problem

I use the searchHighlight plugin in my project, everything except urls are highlighted properly, but when the query term matches the url, the search did apply, but the highlighting is not working.

Start with the SearchHighlight plugin and reproduce the issue using the provided render function, the URL https://etherscan.io/, and query "et". Trace how highlighting handles rendered anchor content, then verify that matching text in the URL cell is visibly highlighted without breaking the link or its attributes.
