Natural sorting plugin should handle percentages

Numbers with percent signs get treated as text. This works OK if they're all positive (or all negative) but breaks when there's a mix of positive & negative values. A two character change to the number regex fixes the issue:

Start at the naturalSort function and its number regex in the plugin code shown in the issue. Update the regex to recognize percent signs while preserving mixed positive and negative numeric sorting, then verify that percentage values sort correctly.
