Description
I would like to globally override the default parameter type used for DynamicParameters queries when the parameter value is NULL. It seems to be defaulting to NVarChar (DbType.String) in Sql Server right now, and I would like it to default to VarChar (DbType.AnsiString). I'm happy to send a PR to support this, but I want to make sure this is something you'd actually want first.

Research direction
Start by tracing DynamicParameters handling for NULL values and the SQL Server parameter-type default. Determine where a global override could be configured, then verify that NULL parameters can default to VarChar (DbType.AnsiString) without changing existing behavior.
