SQLite not displaying new columns via app after ADD COLUMN

Description
Hi all, I try to add new column to existing row, in code all looks fin but if I open DB via app, I don't see any change.
What am I doing wrong?
var trans = database.BeginTransaction();
SQLiteCommand cmd = new SQLiteCommand("ALTER TABLE entities ADD COLUMN Body string;", database, trans);
cmd.ExecuteNonQuery();
trans.Commit();
