Description
Those methods try to cast the id to an int32. If the id is anything but a number, the methods fail. This happens even when they succeeded behind scenes.

Research direction
Start by locating the InsertAsync and Insert methods and reproduce the failure with a non-integer id. Check how the id is cast and verify the behavior for supported non-integer identifiers; done means both methods no longer fail after a successful operation.
