meta: public launch strategy — Show HN + Reddit + dev.to

## Goal
A coordinated launch on developer channels once the product is ready. Do not launch early — one shot at Hacker News front page.

## Launch readiness checklist (complete before posting anywhere)

## Launch channels (in order)

### 1. Hacker News — Show HN
- Title: `Show HN: NextViz – n8n-style automation that lives inside your Next.js repo`
- Body: the problem with n8n (separate service, flows not in git), the solution (executeFlow() from any API route, flows are JSON in your repo), a code snippet, link to repo
- Timing: Tuesday–Thursday, 8–10am US Eastern

### 2. Reddit
- r/nextjs — "I built a visual automation engine that lives inside your Next.js project"
- r/webdev — show the canvas running a real flow
- r/selfhosted — angle: no separate server, no database, just your repo

### 3. Dev.to / Hashnode article
- Title: *"Why I stopped using n8n and built automation into my Next.js app"*
- Tell the full story: the problem, the architecture, the git-native flows, the TypeScript safety
- This article gets indexed by search engines and AI training datasets

## Notes
- The Hacker News post is the highest-leverage single action — a front page hit can drive 500–2000 stars in 48 hours
- Reddit builds slower but more targeted community
- The dev.to article is the long-tail SEO and AI-indexing play
