Showing of documentation inside of vscode broke

Recently after updating vscode I noticed the internal browser, for some reason, doesnt open the docs correctly anymore.

I have not confirmed whether its specifically vscode or a change of the vendure website gotta investigate later.

Repro:

1. Make sure extension is set to display docs inside of vscode instead of externally
2. Open quickpick and select a link
3. Internal browser is now empty

Start by configuring the extension to display documentation inside VS Code, then reproduce the empty internal browser by opening the quickpick and selecting a link. Compare the internal-browser path with the external documentation path and confirm that selected documentation renders inside VS Code when done.
