Description
Add support for validating a value by accepting the value and a set of ValidationAttributes to validate with. This would use the Validator.TryValidateValue method.
public static class MiniValidator
{
+public static bool TryValidateValue(object value, IEnumerable<ValidationAttribute> validationAttributes, out Dictionary<string, string[]> validationErrors);
}

Research direction
Start at the MiniValidator class and compare its existing public validation API with System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotations.Validator.TryValidateValue. Confirm the new entry point accepts a value and IEnumerable, returns the specified validation-error dictionary, and matches the library's existing validation behavior.
