Line ripple for text fields

Hi Maya,
I see that in its web components, Google set a line ripple on focus on inputs (http://material-components-web.appspot.com/text-field.html), and described in material.io as "Motion: Ripple & wash".

Maybe you could integrate the label color by default (learning to build plugins now).

Start by reviewing the linked Material Design text-field example and the jsfiddle implementation, then inspect this repository's existing text-field styles. Confirm how focused inputs and labels are currently rendered; done means text fields show the requested line ripple on focus with the label color integrated by default.
