It's not a big deal since the button is still on top of the scrollbar. But it definitely looks strange and it's almost invisible with the dark theme before you hover over it:

Reproduce the copy button over a code block in both dark and light themes, then inspect the button's placement relative to the scrollbar. Done means the button is clearly visible and no longer appears on top of the scrollbar in either theme.
