Multi upload bug

It seems the problem of uploading one file multiple times is fixed, BUT: When uploading two files and one already exists, both are uploaded. The file that already exists is then saved two times.

Would be good if it would just upload the additional file or ask the user. Cause sometimes the upload stopps and instead of just marking all files in the local folder I want to upload I have to search for the one that are missing because if I just mark all to upload most of there are uploaded twice. I hope you can understand what I mean ;D
