Does image-router support openrouter?

Hey, openrouter now provides image generation models but for example open-webui doesnt support it (yet). Would it (or is it maybe) possible to support openrouter through image-router?

Start by reviewing image-router's current provider integration entry points and OpenRouter's image-generation support. Compare the requested capability with existing image routing behavior; done should mean that the supported OpenRouter image models work through image-router and the behavior is covered by the project's existing validation or tests.
