[功能请求]希望实现功能，通过启动参数自定义yarn application jobname

### Description

在公司yarn上有很多同步和离线任务，目前chunjun yarn-per-job任务都叫flink_job,对任务管理非常不友好，希望能添加功能：启动时通过参数指定提交到yarn上的任务名称 ，例如sh bin/chunjun-yarn-perjob.sh -job jobjson/zhengshi/monk2mtest.json -nm moniter_mon
