### Description
Add document to show users how to set flink-conf.yaml in order to submit job to a remote standalone cluster or flink session(The machine that submitted jobs is not the compute nodes).
You may need to add notes in [README.md](https://github.com/DTStack/chunjun/blob/master/README.md) or create a new page.
