可不可以在同步的pipline 加上数据映射

### Description

假如有两个数据源进行数据同步，但是他们的column 字典映射并不一样，我可以在数据同步的前提，进行字典映射，例如 将年级的字符串 改为 年级的数字 这种自定义化操作，然后在同步过程中处理这种问题
