项目相关数据库存在内网数据库使用vpn访问，通常情况下启动vpn后，代码/gui客户端可以访问数据库，但是通过taier的webui界面添加数据源时提示The application server refuses to establish a connection, please check if the network is smooth

可以正常添加数据源
