[Question][taier-data-develop] 任务之间的循环依赖判断问题

### Description

1.在taier中，如下图所示的任务依赖关系，会被判定为循环依赖，这是故意设计的还是bug? 这种关系在阿里云MaxCompute中是可以提交保存的。

2.我理解任务依赖之后要不是有向无环图就行。
