Ease of viewing of the entire IDD

GitHub does not have a native viewer for workbooks, so we currently offer two options:
1. Under the CSV folder, you can view the contents of individual sheets
2. Under the xlsx folder, you can download the entire dictionary.
Should we upload the most recent version of the IDD to Google Sheets? This would allow users to view the entire dictionary and search across sheets without having to download the entire IDD.

Review the CSV folder for the individual-sheet files and the xlsx folder for the downloadable full dictionary. Investigate the proposed Google Sheets option and how the most recent IDD would be kept available for whole-dictionary viewing and cross-sheet search. Done means the publication approach and maintenance expectations are agreed.
