RednderFlex overflow bug on Medicine List Page

**Describe the bug**
The Lottie animation in the customAppBar Widget on Medicine List page is causing the RenderFlex overflow by 7.3 pixels on the right

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to -: Medicine List Page.

**Expected behavior**
No error on the screen.

Start at the customAppBar widget used on the Medicine List Page and reproduce the issue on a Pixel 3a or equivalent device. Inspect how the Lottie animation is laid out alongside the app bar contents. Done means the Medicine List Page displays without the reported 7.3-pixel RenderFlex overflow.
