## BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The Open Source Program Office at CMS has been leading the implementation of the Source Code Harmonization and Reuse of Information Technology Act (SHARE IT Act) of 2024 at CMS, as well as HHS. As part of that implementation, we have been providing technical assistance and guidance to GSA, OFCIO, and other stakeholders across the Federal Ecosystem. The 'SHARE IT Stack' includes a component to generate the report to congress that is required for the Egov administrator to deliver annually.
