## Issue Report
Procurement & Contracting Guidance
### Description
Currently, the repo does not include guidance on sharing code in regards to procurement/contracts. Based on our experience working on project teams, we have formulated a couple of approaches that we'd like to share with others and reference for future.
First, we must consider whether this content should be included in the ospo-guide since this may contain sensitive information. If we decided to move forward, create a file/section for procurement & contracting guidance containing the approaches mentioned above and other information we'd like to share.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named in the issue. First determine whether procurement and contracting guidance is appropriate to publish in this repository because the content may be sensitive; if approved, identify the approaches to include and add them as a new file or section. Done means the guidance is reviewed for suitability and added in a clearly organized form.
