Description
found an issue with powder batch Simonyan.3. The powders were on Charm.14_RE that was then stopped for some reason and then on plate Charm.14.NE1_RE. the powder batch now lists both of these as a sample. It looks like its an issue with plates that came from Zhaos DB because these are the same lysate batch but WALDO thinks they are different since Lysate batches didn't exist in Zhaos.

Research direction
Start by tracing how WALDO represents powder batches, samples, plates, and lysate batches for the Simonyan.3 case. Investigate the imported Zhaos DB records for Charm.14_RE and Charm.14.NE1_RE, then verify that the two plates are recognized as the same lysate batch rather than separate samples.
