Description
For samples that are published without metadata in one paper (Akbari et al), we need an additional property of the sample-publication record that indicates it's not fully published.
We need to decide how to display, including:
- What is the "first" publication? With meta data only? Paper with first date regardless of meta data?
- What goes in anno file publication column?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the sample-publication record and the anno file's publication column, then resolve how temporarily anonymized Akbari et al. samples should be represented. Define which publication counts as the first and how incomplete metadata is displayed. Done means the property, display behavior, and anno-file value are agreed and documented in the relevant implementation or tests.
