Description

To reproduce:

1, Search by culture.
2. Go to second page.

Navigating to the second page does not preserve the culture search.

See https://stackoverflow.com/questions/2047622/how-to-paginate-django-with-other-get-variables
There is a simple solution in Django 5.1, so depends on #74.

Research direction

Reproduce the issue by searching by culture in the paging samples and navigating to the second page. Read the linked pagination guidance and Django 5.1 solution, then account for dependency issue #74; done means the culture search remains applied when changing pages.
