Depends first on #246 and #248. The FluidX barcodes for lysates are checked to be unique, and those for libraries are also checked to be unique. Ideal is to also check that barcodes across lysates and libraries are unique.

Research direction
Start by reading issues #246 and #248, which this work depends on, and locate the existing checks that enforce uniqueness for lysate and library FluidX barcodes. Extend the validation to compare both groups, then run the relevant existing validation tests and confirm that duplicates across the two groups are rejected.
