Description
a couple of things need to happen at the same time to allow _SS plates to go live on WALDO
- when making the Library Plate after Extraction, choosing the Protocol should cause WALDO to make you choose Barcodes (_DS plates) or Indices (_SS) [and eventually it will auto select]
we should relabel qPCR to be _DS qPCRand add 6 new columns to the Batch Page: _SS qPCR Assay A_1; _SS qPCR Assay A_2; _SS qPCR Assay B_1; _SS qPCR Assay B_2, Assay A % Inhibition, Assay B Total Molecules- There is a different Library Positive Control that is used, we should probably give it a different label to differentiate from the _DS one
the rest of the information on the Library Batch Page is used the same and so can remain as is

Research direction
Start with the Library Plate flow after Extraction, especially Protocol selection, then trace the Library Batch Page. Implement the documented distinction between _DS and _SS plates, including barcode versus index selection and the separate Library Positive Control label, while keeping shared batch information unchanged. Confirm that both library types can proceed through their respective workflows.
