Error while working with Eigensoft command smartpca command

Description
I was working on computing PCA using Eigenstrat, but I encountered a few errors while running the smartpca command. I have also used all the flags as required for the execution of the smartpca command (screenshot attached).
Moreover, I am not able to run the smartpca command.
