Description
When I used the smartPca.perl-b parameter, I encountered a question. When the order of the ind file was changed(sort the first or third column, respectively), the PCA results I got were quite different. What caused this? What are the specific requirements for the order of the -b parameter ind files?

Research direction
Start by reading the smartPca.perl handling of the -b parameter and reproduce the PCA results with the ind file reordered by its first and third columns. Determine the ordering requirements and document the cause of the differing results, including a reproducible example.
