Description
I used the tool for Principal Component Analysis on GWAS using the 70000 genome data as follows .
(I used plink formatted file called .bed, .bim, .fam and total number of samples I used is 72999.)
-
Make par file

-
Execute Command line
EIG-6.1.4/bin/smartpca -p test.par
But there was an error like this.

So I'd like to know how to solve this error.
We hope to hear from you soon.
Sincerely

Start by reviewing the attached smartpca parameter settings and the command using the PLINK .bed, .bim, and .fam files. Reproduce the run with the stated sample count and obtain the exact error text from the screenshots. Done means identifying the cause and documenting a verified resolution.
