Description

Hey EIGENSOFT team,

Thank you for a great tool and contribution! I've been exploring using shrinkmode for projecting ancient samples on to modern PCs. I was wondering if you had a short technical writeup describing how the correction works akin to lsqproject.

Thank you,

Joe

Research direction

Start by reviewing how shrinkmode performs projection and use the linked lsqproject.pdf as the requested documentation reference. Done means producing a short technical writeup that explains the shrinkage correction clearly and is suitable for users working with ancient samples and modern PCs.
