Description
I am getting and error saying: "Segmentation fault" with a dataset of 20 million SNPs, and I didn't encounter this error before with smaller data sets. Is it because of the size of the file? I was checking the source code and I couldn't find anything related with segmentation...

Research direction
Start by reproducing the segmentation fault in qp3pop and qpF4ratio with the reported 20-million-SNP dataset, then compare behavior with a smaller dataset. Inspect the relevant source entry points and memory handling; the issue mentions no specific files or tests. Done means establishing whether dataset size causes the crash and identifying a reproducible cause and resolution.
