Formalize a small example

Formalize a small example which illustrates the full pipeline to run a streamMetabolizer model. This could then be added to the package for users to run/diagnose install problems.

Bob may have an example of this which we can build off.

Start by locating the package's existing examples and the full streamMetabolizer model pipeline described in the issue; check whether Bob's example is available. Done means a small runnable example is included in the package and can be used to diagnose installation problems.
