Description
> CDI Proposal Tier 1: Develop and test a Docker container in which this version of streamMetabolizer will be runnable in perpetuity, containing installations of the exact Stan C++ libraries and R package versions for which the two-station capability is developed. This container will partially future-proof our software against changes in its software dependencies.
