document results units in ?metab, ?get_params, etc

?metab gives units for input data but is quiet on the units of outputs. add those here.

similarly, ?get_params and ?predict_DO could stand to say more about units.

predict_metab already gives units, but make sure it does that in a way that's comparable to whatever we add to ?metab, ?get_params, etc.
