encourage users to choose all priors explicitly

for bayesian models, sites differ a lot in which values for priors might be appropriate. therefore, we might avoid a lot of user errors by requiring users to choose their own values for all the priors.

on the other hand, it's awfully convenient to only type in a few arguments and get a model to run right away. what about just a warning telling you which priors you didn't specify?
