Update shifter image on Denali to latest version of GLM, after initial testing

Description
Once we have a functioning workflow on Denali, we'll want to update [the shifter image that David and Alison created for the reservoir modeling](https://code.usgs.gov/wma/wp/res-temperature-process-models/-/blob/main/README.md#L22-40) to the latest version of GLM (it's now version 3.1), or just make a new image, if that is easiest.
