when COAWST compiled, it was not generated cowastM

Hi. I am new at using COAWST_v3.7 and I have problems using the coawst.bash.

**When coawst.bash compile, lt was not generated cowastM, WRF/arch/tc.exe, down.exe, real.exe.**

Would you know why I had this error?

Start with coawst.bash and the attached log.compile files, then inspect the compilation steps related to WRF/arch/tc.exe, down.exe, real.exe, and the missing cowastM output. Reproduce the compile and use the logs to identify why these expected executables are not generated; done means the compilation produces the named files.
