"Preparing files for removal" - SimpleDNSCrypt64.msi fails

Hi @bitbeans , thank you for trying to fix [Issue #357](https://github.com/bitbeans/SimpleDnsCrypt/issues/357). The problem unfortunately remains for me. The .msi installers for 0.5.7 --> 0.6.2 fail with the message, "[Preparing files for removal](https://i.imgur.com/jpnY9K4.png)." The installation stops there. I use Windows 7 Pro (x64).

I tried to fix the problem:

- updated .NET Framework (4.7.1)
- updated Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable
- uninstalled and removed everything from the previous installation

None of those actions solved the problem. 0.5.5. is the last version of Simple DNSCrypt that I can install. (Will 0.5.5 eventually be unsafe for me to use?)

(I tried to comment in [#357](https://github.com/bitbeans/SimpleDnsCrypt/issues/357) instead of opening a new issue. #357 is closed and didn't allow new comments. Sorry.)
