Description
The following issues to be resolved as of June 22, 2018:
1) Simple DNSCrypt 0.5.4 (x64) dnscrypt-proxy 2.0.8 isn't updating, although the setting is enabled.
2) Another issue, upon restarting (ever so often randomly (unknown why) the resolvers are all lost causing no DNS resolving, despite the DNS crypt service enabled. When this happens disabling the network and then enabling it back within the application recovers the issue.
3) there is no maximum option to display the application GUI full screen, would be most welcome to have like almost every other application offers these days. This causes on some tabs the need to scroll down, but if maximum there would be no need to scroll at all. Note, upon clicking on the following tabs, the top navigation bar is out of sight from the user, as the window is dropped down, requiring the user to scroll up again for the tabs: Domain Block Log and Query Log, but strangely NOT for Domain Black List. So inconsistent behavior. The default solution should be to keep the top navigation bar shown, rather then hidden out of sight, especially when there is zero data to display regarding those two tabs it effects.
4) When clicking on the resolver tab, it loads very slowly. Sluggishly slow...
5) When setting the fallback resolver, this setting is changed back to the default 9.9.9.9:54 at some point in time (haven't yet determined when the change occurs, but when 1) occurs above, this setting isn't what was manually set.
6) Why is white text used on light green and gray color background, making it more difficult to read, the small text font used. This should be changed to display easier text color like black over white background or reverse and offer the dark theme for night, using white text over black background.

7) what is missing is a method of proving the DNS resolver is actually doing that it claims. Why isn't a test website given here to verify the service is properly working?
