[Req] Tray Icon animation to reflect status

While on some machines I've found SimpleDNSCrypt rock solid, on others, I've often encountered the random service stopping, or not starting on reboot, which led me to suggest this feature request for consideration.

Currently the tray icon is static.

Could the tray icon reflect different states of SimpleDNSCrypt?

e.g.

- Red 'X' overlay if service is stopped

- Yellow Exclamation mark overlay if DNS is not resolving, or other performance impacting event, etc.
