ENH: User Badges metrics collection across multiple forums instances

If you have multiple forums instances (i.e. a regular forums instance and one for social groups) in the same portal instance, user badge metrics collected for badge assignment (i.e. topics created past 90 days) collect data for all forum instances but should just check the module instance that "owns" the badge.
