Description
Add a feature to entice DNN users who haven't used (ever or not recently) the forums module.
Scan/compare users and send invitations.
Examples:
1. New DNN user in past xx days who has never read a post
2. Existing forum user who has read a post but never posted or replied
3. Existing forum user who has posted but not in past xx days
